To learn how to access this in PowerPoint i used a video tutorial on YouTube.
Firstly open a blank presentation, next once on the View tab, in the Master Views group, click the option "Slide Master".
When you open Slide Master view, a blank slide master with the default, associated layouts appears.
Similarly to the last i used a video tutorial to fins out how to import a video into PowerPoint.
Firstly you must open PowerPoint, after this you must clip on the menu option "Insert" which is next to "Design". Once you have selected this option the second last option on the Menu is Import, after this has been clicked on the first option is to import a video, the file browser will appear in which you can select the video.
The last piece of the personal development plan was to forward a message through email.
I decided to use "Gmail" once this has been opened, you must click on the message in which you want to forward. In the top right corner there will be an arrow and drop down menu which can be seen above, click on the drop down menu and click forward to forward the message.
